12/2/2020 UPDATE: The unfortunate decision has been made to cancel this year's Chick-fil-A® Christmas Parade.
NEW Details for the 2020 Parade:
We have received final approval from the Chesapeake Health Dept, the Chesapeake Police Dept and the City of Chesapeake to have our 9th annual Chick-fil-A Christmas parade at Chesapeake Square!
The parade is static this year, all floats will be parked and people will drive by in their vehicles to view the floats.
Ring Road will closed from 5:30 am until 8 am.
To view the floats from your car, enter Ring Road by coming in the entrance
off of Portsmouth Blvd. beside Wendy's beginning at 8 am.
This event officially begins at 8 am. Floats will start to be removed at 9:45 am.
Entrance into the mall area will be at the Capri Circle entrance from 6:30 - 10:00 am.
The Chesapeake Square Ring Road will close at 5:30 am.
